Refund policy

At Melody Guitar Parts (MGP), we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Refund Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Custom-made items
• Gift cards
• Sale items

Process:

1. Contact our customer service team at sales@melodyguitarparts.com to initiate a return.
2. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and documentation.
3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges:

• If you need to exchange an item, please contact us for assistance.

Shipping Costs:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
